iCapFintech Joint Stock Company ("iCapFintech", "ICF", "we", "us") operates the website icf.com.vn and the iCapFintech mobile application (the "App"), available on iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
When you create an account and use our website or App, we may collect:
- Account information: full name, username, email address, phone number, date of birth, and profile photo.
- Identity/KYC information: where required for regulatory compliance, we may collect identity document details.
- Device & usage information: device model, operating system version, a device identifier, app version, and general usage/log data.
- Push notification token: a token issued by Apple (APNs) or Google (FCM) so we can deliver notifications about your account and transactions to your device.
- Camera and photo library: only when you choose to take or select a photo for your profile avatar.
- Biometric authentication: if you enable Face ID / fingerprint unlock, authentication is processed entirely by your device's operating system — iCapFintech does not receive or store your biometric data.
- Transaction and activity data: records of the products, contracts, and transactions you perform through our platform, necessary to provide our services.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account, and authenticate your sign-ins.
- To provide, operate, and improve our services, including electronic contracts and commission/transaction processing.
- To send you push notifications, in-app messages, and important account or transaction updates.
- To comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements in Vietnam.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, or technical issues.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us operate the App, such as Firebase Cloud Messaging / Apple Push Notification service (for delivering push notifications) and our cloud hosting providers.
- Regulators and authorities, where required by Vietnamese law.
- Other parties only with your consent, or as necessary to complete a transaction you requested.
4. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encrypted storage of credentials and secure network transmission — to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we continuously work to strengthen our safeguards.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
6. Your Rights and Choices
- You may review and update your account information at any time from within the App.
- You may disable push notifications from your device settings or in-app settings at any time.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at contact@icf.com.vn.
7. Children's Privacy
Our services are financial services intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
